About this guide

How this guide checks every rand figure

Rand Cashier Guide is an independent website about one narrow thing: how money moves in and out of Springbok Casino for South African players. Springbok does not run it. Every limit, code and rule here is read from Springbok's own public pages, recorded with the page address and the date, and shown with a badge that says how firm it is.

Who is behind the guide

The guide is published by an independent affiliate publisher, not by Springbok. Pages carry no names or photos because the work is a checking routine rather than personal opinion: the site itself is the author, and the method below is what you can hold it to. The publisher earns a commission when readers join Springbok through the link on these pages, which the affiliate disclosure sets out in full.

Corrections go to hello@casinospringbok.co.za. A correction that arrives with a link to a Springbok page is the quickest kind to act on.

Three grades of source

Springbok publishes cashier details in several places, and they do not always match. Each figure is graded by where it was printed:

How a figure is labelled on this site
BadgeWhere the figure was printedExample
On /bankingSpringbok's banking page, its terms and conditions or its withdrawal pageThe BetterEFT minimum of R51
Springbok saysOnly in Springbok's blog articles, press releases or promotional copyCapitec Pay from R53
ConflictTwo Springbok pages give different answersBetterEFT at R51 or R35

Figures are never typed into a page by hand. They live in one shared register of Springbok facts, and each page pulls them from there, so a changed figure changes everywhere on the site at once, together with its check date.

What a check involves

  1. Read the public page

Each Springbok page is opened while logged out and read in full: banking, terms, withdrawal authorization, promotions, responsible gaming and the cashier articles.

  2. Record the wording, address and date

The exact wording, the URL and the day it was read go into the register. The date shown on a page is that reading date, not the day the page was edited.

  3. Compare pages that cover the same thing

When the banking page and an article quote different minimums, both stay, and the page flags the clash instead of choosing one.

  4. Re-read before the date goes stale

Promotions are re-read at least once a month. If a code passes its end date, the build fails until the code is replaced or removed.

What this guide cannot see

Springbok's cashier opens only inside a logged-in account, and nothing on this site describes personal account activity. That leaves gaps, stated plainly: methods that appear only in Springbok's articles are shown as Springbok's description; Springbok publishes no bank-by-bank rules for declined cards; and deposit fees are not listed beyond the note that BetterEFT is free on Springbok's side.

Claims this guide will not make

  • No ratings, scores or stars, and no "best method" rankings.
  • No jackpot amounts, winner stories or player counts.
  • No promise of how fast a payout will land, only the processing rules Springbok publishes.
  • No guessed coupon codes. A code appears only after it has been read on a Springbok page.
  • No figures borrowed from other review sites: if Springbok has not printed it, it is not here.
