Springbok Casino wire transfer: cashing out to your bank account

At Springbok Casino a wire transfer is a way out, not a way in: the banking page lists Wire Transfer for withdrawals only, from R500 a payout. Springbok says one wire can carry up to R25,000, its T&Cs allow R25,000 of withdrawals a week, and its own pages give two different answers on how long the bank leg takes.

Wire transfer limits at Springbok

Every wire is shaped by figures from three separate Springbok pages, so each one below carries the name of the page it came from. Springbok's withdrawal authorization page adds one more instruction: check the limits in the cashier itself.

The weekly cap is written as a limit on withdrawals per week, not per method. The cautious reading is that wire and Bitcoin payouts count towards the same total. Springbok's pages say nothing about charges your own bank might make on an incoming payment; your bank's fee list is the place to check.

Splitting a larger withdrawal

Two ceilings apply at the same time: Springbok's stated R25,000 for one wire, and the T&Cs cap of R25,000 across a week. A balance above either figure has to leave in parts, and each part still has to be at least R500.

Splitting costs time rather than money. Each request has its own 48 hours pending period and its own business days at the bank, so plan a series of dates. While any request is pending, Springbok's T&Cs say no bonus can be credited to the account.

Why you cannot deposit by wire

On Springbok's banking page Wire Transfer sits in the withdrawals column only, and the cashier Springbok describes in its 2026 articles has no wire deposit either. To pay in from a bank account, the routes Springbok lists or describes are BetterEFT, InstantEFT and EFTpay and, for Capitec clients, Capitec Pay. The rand cashier table puts every deposit route and its limits side by side.

If anyone in a chat or message gives you a "Springbok deposit account" for a manual transfer, do not pay; check with Springbok's live chat first.

How long a Springbok wire transfer takes

Part of the wait is set by Springbok's rules. The bank part is where its pages disagree.

The rules come from Springbok's withdrawal authorization page: withdrawals are processed Monday to Friday, processing starts 48 hours after you make the request, and nothing moves until your account verification has been approved.

How this guide handles it: both figures stay on this page and neither is treated as a promise. Plan around the longer one, and count business days rather than calendar days.

Processing runs on weekdays only, so a late-week request may not move until the following week.

The banking page also prints payout times for BetterEFT and InstantEFT, but Springbok's 2026 articles say Bitcoin and Wire Transfer are the only payout methods, so this guide lists wire as the one named route back to a bank account.

Three checks before you ask for a wire

  • Verification approved. Before the first withdrawal: a colour copy of the front and back of government-issued photo ID with full name (South African driver's licences not accepted), proof of address no older than 90 days, and a photo holding the ID if crypto was used; card or eWallet proof may be requested. Uploaded via the cashier's Account Verification link. Springbok's own page, 9 October 2026
  • Every deposit played through. Under Springbok's T&Cs a withdrawal request is accepted only once each deposit has been wagered at least one time.
  • Bonus wagering finished. If you redeemed a deposit coupon, the T&Cs say its 30x wagering on deposit plus bonus must be complete before a withdrawal. The rules are in Springbok's terms, version 1.6.

The documents take the longest, so send them before you need them. For the upload screens, see this account verification walkthrough.

Requesting a wire withdrawal, step by step

The withdrawal form sits inside the logged-in cashier, which this guide does not reproduce screen by screen. These steps use only what Springbok publishes.

  1. Log in and open the cashier

Go to Springbok's site or lobby yourself rather than through a link in a message, and open the cashier from your account.

  2. Choose Wire Transfer under withdrawals

Springbok names Bitcoin and Wire Transfer as its payout options. Pick the wire if you want rand paid into a bank account.

  3. Enter an amount inside the limits

At least R500. Springbok says one wire can be up to R25,000, and the T&Cs cap the week at R25,000.

  4. Fill in the bank details the form asks for

Check every digit before you submit. Springbok does not publish what happens to a wire sent to wrong details, so a typo could cost you time.

  5. Let the pending period run

Processing starts 48 hours after the request, Monday to Friday. Springbok's T&Cs add that you cannot receive bonuses while a withdrawal is pending.

Wire transfer or Bitcoin withdrawal?

Springbok offers two ways out, and they differ in what lands in your hands.

What you needA bank account to receive the moneyA Bitcoin wallet address
What arrivesRand in your bank accountBitcoin, which you would have to sell to get rand

Both routes share the R500 minimum and the weekly cap. A wire suits a player who wants rand in a bank account and can wait business days; Bitcoin suits someone who already keeps a wallet and accepts that its rand value can move before it is sold.

Springbok's T&Cs say payouts usually return by the deposit method, with the final method at the casino's discretion. Springbok does not say which route applies to a card, EFT or CashToCode depositor, so ask support before you deposit.

When a wire has not arrived

Count the days before you chase. Start from the request, add the 48 hours pending period, leave out weekends, then allow the longer of Springbok's two bank-leg figures, three to seven business days. Only after that is a wire late by Springbok's own description.

Then contact support with the date and amount of the request: live chat on Springbok's site or email at help@springbokcasino.co.za. Ask whether the payout has been processed, on which date, and to which bank details. The guide to which banks work covers the deposit side.

Questions South Africans ask

Does Springbok Casino take deposits by wire transfer?

No. Springbok's banking page lists Wire Transfer under withdrawals only. Bank deposits go through BetterEFT or InstantEFT, or, according to Springbok's articles, Capitec Pay and EFTpay.

How long does a Springbok wire withdrawal take?

Processing starts 48 hours after the request, Monday to Friday, once verification is approved. For the bank leg the banking page says up to 2 business days, while Springbok's withdrawals article says three to seven business days.

What is the largest wire Springbok will send?

Springbok says one wire can carry up to R25,000, and its T&Cs cap all withdrawals at R25,000 a week. The smallest wire is R500.

Does Springbok charge a fee for a wire withdrawal?

Springbok says it charges no fee on withdrawals. It publishes nothing about charges your own bank may apply to an incoming payment.

Can I get a wire if I paid in by card or CashToCode?

Springbok does not say. Its articles name only Bitcoin and Wire Transfer as payout methods, and its T&Cs leave the final payout method to the casino, so ask support which route applies before you deposit by card or voucher.

Wire is the payout route, so the first step is a deposit by another method: redeem SPRINGBOK100, pay in, and send your verification documents early. Withdrawals by wire start at R500. Treat anything you win as a bonus to bank, not a reason to pay in again.
